Cafe del Mar / Andaman Scuba Club

Welcome at Cafe del Mar / Andaman Scuba Club. The first and only Dive Resort in the Andaman Islands! You can click on all images to get a bigger picture.

We are conveniently located at Beach No. 3, about 7 kms from the Jetty and 10 walking minutes to village number 3, where you can exchange money (no credit cards!), do you shopping and make telephone calls (if working).

We have 6 simple, but spacious bungalows (with electricity but common bathroom, 3 showers and 3 toilets). Price: 300.- Rs./bungalow.

If you do a course with us, you get the bungies for 200.- Rs. during the course. More about our PADI-Courses.

The bungalows are all located in a lush garden, just 3 walking minutes from the beach.

The Restaurant, run by the "famous" chef Selvam offers Indian and Continental food. You can choose from our à la carte menu. Every evening there is a buffet (all you can eat) for 100.- Rs. / person.

For hungry but hurried divers in the morning, the staff will provide you with breakfast-parcels, you can take on the boat.

Special occasion? We arrange a beach party with music, bonfire and buffet for you!

The Dive shop is well equipped and only 50 meters off the beach.
